Great Indian Dealz is a brand operated by NDA Entertainments Private Limited ("we", "us"). It shares online shopping deals on Instagram (@greatindiandealz), Facebook (Great Indian Dealz), Threads and Telegram. This policy explains what information our deal-posting tool, the "GID Publisher" app, uses and why.

1. What we collect

Comments on our own posts: the comment text, the comment ID and the commenter's public username or ID, when someone comments on a reel or post published by our accounts.
Messages we send: a record that a link was sent in reply to a comment, so we never send the same person the same message twice.
Our own account data: posts, follower counts and engagement counts of our own Instagram and Facebook accounts.

We do not collect passwords, payment details, contact lists, location or any information from people who do not interact with our posts.

2. How we use it

When you comment a keyword such as DEAL or LINK on one of our posts, we send you one private message with the product link for that post, as you requested.
To reply publicly to your comment saying the link was sent.
To see how our own posts perform (likes, comments, followers).

We do not use your information for advertising profiles, and we never sell, rent or share it with third parties.

3. Affiliate links

Many links we share are affiliate links (for example Amazon Associates). If you buy through them we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. The store you buy from handles your purchase under its own privacy policy; we receive no personal information about your purchase.

4. How long we keep it

Comment and message records are kept for up to 90 days to prevent duplicate messages, then deleted. Aggregate counts (for example "10 links sent today") contain no personal information.

5. Where it is stored

Data is processed through Meta's official Instagram and Facebook APIs and stored on our own private computer/server with restricted access.

6. Your choices and data deletion

To delete your data: send a direct message to @greatindiandealz on Instagram (or to the Great Indian Dealz Facebook Page) with the word DELETE. We remove any comment or message records about you within 7 days and confirm by reply.

You can also delete your own comments at any time, and you can stop messages from us by not commenting keywords or by blocking the account.

7. Children

Our content is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
